Updates the parent layout ID of the layout matching the primary key. If a layout matching the parent primary key is found, the layout ID of that layout is assigned, otherwise {@link com.liferay.portal.model.LayoutConstants#DEFAULT_PARENT_LAYOUT_ID} is assigned.
